Mr. Harry Boston began the tradition of giving to the children in our community with the intent that generations of children have a place to learn about conserving our environment. Since then, many individuals, businesses and organizations have contributed money, time, and materials to support the school forest facility and programs. All donations to the school forest are tax deductible and are acknowledged by the school board of the Stevens Point Area Public Schools. Monetary contributions can be made directly to the Boston School Forest or to the Boston School Forest "Seed a Future" fund with the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin.
